Good Morning! Depending on where youβre starting your stay or day here in Orlando, first things first, BRUNCH. And rest assured, Orlando does brunch right!
Nestled along the gorgeous Park Avenue in Winter Park Florida, a suburb of East Orlando, youβll find the brightest brunch cafe Orlando has to offer! The Briarpatch, with those famous yellow umbrellas that locals can recognize for miles, this spot has their breakfast needs met both in aesthetics and nourishment. From their twists on a classic Eggs Benedict to their delicious breakfast cocktails youβll find a treat or two to kick-start your Orlando morning in a one-of-a-kind way!
Then to move those legs and enjoy the weekend weather, a short walk away from brunch is The Winter Park Farmers Market where you will find some of our favorite local vendors in the Greater Orlando area come out every weekend morning to show off their products. If youβre looking to expand your landscaping or find a small bite there is plenty of opportunity here to find what youβre craving most!
Now to pop over to Downtown Orlando for an afternoon pick-me-up at The Robinson Room. This flawlessly designed space re-opened in Summer of 2020 and has already become a local favorite. For coffee, #WFH outings, Happy Hour cocktails, or even date nights this location has a lot to offer. With everything being creatively designed and curated be sure to enjoy a delicious beverage or snack in this stunning place.

Now to get some sunshine, letβs get outdoors! A short drive from Downtown Orlando is Harry P. Leu Gardens and they are stunning! With large tropical trees, hidden bungalows, romantic routes, and even sparkling fountains if youβre looking for that natural City escape this is the perfect place to spend your afternoon in Orlando. Take your time, enjoy the views, and maybe capture a photo or two to remember this tropical City escape.
Next on the list is dinner, and another short drive from the Gardens is Soco Thornton Park. Nestled in the creative suburb of Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park is home to some of our all-time favorite dining destinations. With a gorgeous cornered outdoor seating area youβll be able to enjoy your dinner and check out why Thornton Park is the beloved home of Orlandoβs creative community. Known for their innovative twists on Southern Cuisine, be sure to try something new, you wonβt be disappointed!
Finally, for all our fellow sweet toothsβ out there, itβs Dessert time! Kellyβs Homemade Ice Cream is our all-time local favorite as they truly capture the Orlando spirit weβve grown up loving. With their list of everchanging new flavors at any given time youβll find a creative way to enjoy ice cream offered at this community oriented place.
