Preferred Photographer

I hereby grant Becoming A Local, LLC, a non-exclusive license to use and distribute photographic pictures, videographic tapings, audio or digital recordings or other images (“Materials”) which I hereby furnish to Becoming A Local, LLC, which also includes my name, logo, appearance, image, voice, and/ or interview (“Likeness”). The rights granted to Becoming A Local, LLC to use my Likeness include the absolute right and permission to use, reuse, publish, republish, change, reproduce and distribute to the public, the Materials, or written statements in conjunction with my name and/or Likeness made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, for the purpose of illustration, promotion, advertising or trade. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve of the finished product(s) and any advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or to the eventual use that might be applied. I represent and warrant that I have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the foregoing rights to Becoming A Local, LLC. I shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Becoming A Local, LLC from and against any and all costs, judgments, damages, losses, expenses, liabilities, claims, litigation expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any third-party claim relative to the foregoing representation and warranty. *
